King Tsunami was dull at Delaware Saturday. Feathered over from the outside, stalked the favorite/winner, tried to muster a run and wound up seventh. Time to go jumping.
A couple of Riverdee entries at Laurel Park this weekend and a few runners at the Shawan Downs trials. Weather permitting. The fall steeplechase season revving up.

Happy retirement to 54-year-old Franny Norton. The veteran jockey will call it a career at his favorite stomping grounds, Chester Racecourse, Saturday.
